Live the legend of the White Lady  NEW

Make your Halloween special with the Plains of Abraham Museum's presentation of the famed legend of the White Lady of Cape Diamond.

A fun-filled, lively and interactive legend sure to excite your little imps. On October 31, take part in this fantastic, yet astonishing tale of New France!

Halloween Garden

Take a stroll around the Joan of Arc Garden where mysterious decors inspired by legends illustrate the history of the Plains of Abraham: the white lady of Cap Diamant, the Sabbath, the voices of Joan of Arc, the widow's walk, drunkenness and temperance, public punishment, etc. Tombstones also remind vistors of personalities who left their mark on the park.

Halloween treasure hunt on the Plains of Abraham

SOLD OUT: Many treasure hunters ventured on the Plains and we are now out of bags. 

Get your activity bag through no-contact pick up!

The Plains of Abraham are alive with mysteries and legends. In October, tales resurface and magic sets in! Will you be brave enough to wander around in this huge park? Fear not, our magic bag has everything you need to venture forth and discover hidden treasures.

October 1 to November 8.
$9 + taxes per bag (designed for 2 kids).
Approximate duration: 75 minutes.
Recommanded for kids ages 5 to 9.

Get your bag through no-contact pick up behind the Plains of Abraham Museum (under the marquee) between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Proof of purchase required. Call 418-649-6157 and a reception officer will bring your bag, contactless.

Please note that we limit the number of bags available to avoid creating gatherings on the Plains. While doing your treasure hunt, we also count on you to respect the sanitary measures in effect, especially the 2 metres distancing. This way, we will be able to continue offering you activities in complete safety!

Ghoulish Walk  CANCELLED

Lantern in hand, join this spellbinding interactive walking tour to discover the Battlefields Park under a ghoulish light.

Shed some light on the dark history of the Plains of Abraham and the many obscure legends linked to it. Dare to meet a thief, a treasure hunter, and period characters, intriguing and mysterious. With them, learn about military discipline in the Martello towers, surgery at the time of the battles, public hangings, origins of Halloween and black masses on the Plains.
